This very well known local institution is now looking to hire a Health and Safety Compliance Manager to lead the charge in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of their people, processes, and operations. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture where health and safety are second nature, ensuring compliance across their our diverse and dynamic Transport and Logistics sectors.
Responsibilities will include;
- Driving Safety Culture: Promote positive health and safety behaviours throughout the organisation.
- Policy Leadership: Develop and manage safety systems and ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
- Risk Management: Conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and implement practical solutions to minimize risks.
- Training Excellence: Deliver engaging training sessions to build health and safety awareness and competency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry developments to keep practices cutting-edge.
